Ferny Grove is a suburb located in the City of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. It is situated approximately 12 kilometers northwest of the Brisbane CBD and is considered a part of the Greater Brisbane metropolitan area. The suburb is primarily residential, with a mix of both older and newer homes. It is also home to a number of parks and recreational areas, including the Ferny Grove Park and the Ferny Grove Community Centre. The suburb has a good public transport access to the city center with bus and train services. It also has a primary school and few shops and restaurants. Ferny Grove railway station is the terminus station of the Ferny Grove railway line and provides public transport access to the city center.
