Bundamba is a suburb located in the Ipswich region of Queensland, Australia. It is situated approximately 40 kilometers west of the city of Brisbane, and is part of the City of Ipswich local government area. Bundamba is a primarily a residential suburb, with a mix of both older and newer houses, as well as some industrial areas. The suburb is also home to the Ipswich railway workshops, which were established in 1865 and have been in continuous operation ever since. The suburb have a school, local shopping center and community center and it is located close to the Warrego Highway and Ipswich Motorway, providing easy access to other parts of the city.
